Global Partner and Co-Founder of Boyden Denmark, Kenneth V. Mortensen is also Managing Partner there. He is a leader in the Boyden Financial Services Practice Group and the Boyden Global Technology Practice Group.

Kenneth has enjoyed a great deal of success in executive search; he has a well-deserved reputation as being very client and candidate driven, with a passion for delivery and results grounded in his fundamental belief in the correlation between human behavior and financial performance.

His search experience has included various assignments on the management, executive, and board levels for both leading multinational organizations and local companies. Kenneth's client list represents a broad variety of industries and functions, with a focus on financial and professional services, global technology, and consumer products and retail. In addition, he has played a significant role in several top management assessments internationally, and has in fact taken part in the development of the Boyden assessment process.

Kenneth holds a degree in finance (B.Sc.) and a diploma in HR development, and is a founder and former member of The Danish Management Society (VL59). He is co-author of the books "Til og Fra Lederjobbet" published at Børsens Forlag and “Inspiration fra toppen – CFO’ens historie” published by PwC. He is additionally a frequent speaker on the topic of career development and networking.
